Objective of the Project “Education of EURO - Šarm spol. s r.o. Company Staff” is to enable the corporate staff to increase their qualification in the field of language, software and sales skills. The Project is also focused on the HR sector and on training in the field of chemical legislation. Through Project realization the level of general and professional knowledge of the staff will be increased, thanks to which efficiency of the corporate processes will be increased and the staff will be able to communicate with prospective foreign partners and clients of the company. Realization of the project will thus lead to growth of competitiveness of the company in the home market.

The Project of staff education will be applicable to the chosen company employees and has been designed so that the chosen employees may have the opportunity for further growth of their qualification and further personal and professional development and so that the Project may create the possibility of further follow-up increase of qualification in the future. The education will be realized partly through the internal lectors, partly through the external lectors and educational agencies chosen through the regular tender procedure.

Employees of the company EURO - Šarm spol. s r. o. are the target group of the Project.

The Project is planned for the period of December 2010 till December 2012.

Training of min. 48 employees of the company will be the core result of the Project and min. 105 persons will become the successful training course graduates. 4 products of the Project will be created.
